Fraud Prevention Policy


In an attempt to prevent against fraudulent transactions and to best protect our customers, we may request a copy of your driver's license to confirm your identity if your billing and shipping address do not match. The ID should match exactly to the billing address. Pictures should be sent to along with your order number. 

Please note

- We reserve the right to request your ID on any order placed.
- All orders over $100 will be sent signature required.


We understand that some may not feel comfortable sending their ID.  Here are some options if sending your ID is an issue-


1-  Order with the same billing and shipping address.  We ship with USPS signature confirmation on orders over $100.  If no one is around to sign for the package, it can be picked up at your convenience from the local post office during business hours.
2-  Contact your Credit Card company and ask to have your new shipping address added to your account.  This is typically a fairly quick and easy process.  Once they add the account, you can order with the new billing and shipping address matching.
3-  Pay with a USPS postal Money Order.  This is a safe and effective method of payment and is fully protected by the United States Postal Service.  It does take a little longer since it needs to be mailed to us, but will allow us to ship to wherever is most convenient for you.  If you would like to pay with a USPS Postal Money Order, please contact us by phone or email.
